Iberia includes a proper cabin bag with every fare: 56 × 40 × 25 cm and up to 10 kg (14 kg in Business), plus a personal item of 40 × 30 × 15 cm under the seat. It's a full-service allowance without the low-cost add-ons.

The rules

Every fare includes 1 cabin bag at 56 × 40 × 25 cm, up to 10 kg (14 kg in Business).
You can also bring 1 personal item at 40 × 30 × 15 cm — handbag, laptop bag or small backpack.
Dimensions include wheels and handles, and both bags are measured at the gate on busy flights.
Oversized bags are checked into the hold at the gate, where a fee may apply.
