6. Undelivered or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed (more than 10 working days for UK, 15 for EU) please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either re-send or refund in full.
7. Customs & duties (EU — new rules from 1 July 2026)
The European Union has abolished the historic €150 de minimis exemption. From 1 July 2026, every parcel arriving in the EU from the UK is subject to a flat €3 customs duty per tariff heading (HS code) contained in the parcel, in addition to VAT collected via our IOSS registration. A further EU-wide handling fee of approximately €2 per tariff heading is expected to apply from November 2026.
In practice:
- A parcel containing items under one HS code triggers one €3 duty (e.g. 2 identical bags = still €3).
- A parcel containing items under multiple HS codes (e.g. a bag + a packing cube + a travel adapter) triggers €3 per unique code.
- Under IOSS rules, the seller (us) is the declarant — so this cost is included in the £9.99 EU shipping rate for orders with a single HS heading. Multi-category orders may show an adjusted line at checkout.
You will not be asked to pay any additional customs duty on delivery. VAT under the €150 IOSS threshold is also handled by us at checkout.
