Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the contract between you and Paulo Ventura, a sole trader based in England and Wales trading as Bag2Travel. By using https://bag2travel.co.uk or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Paulo Ventura, trading as Bag2Travel · Contact address: Century Road, Great Yarmouth, NR31 0BX, United Kingdom · Email: hello@bag2travel.co.uk. We are a UK sole trader (not VAT registered — prices shown are the final price you pay).

2. Placing an order

  1. Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
  2. Provide your delivery address and select payment.
  3. You will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not yet form a contract.
  4. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods and email you a tracking number — from that moment a contract is formed.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price shown was incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order you will receive a full refund within 5 working days.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and shown as the final price you pay — we are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Stripe) and PayPal balance / bank transfer (via PayPal).

4. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and areas. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost we will re-send or refund after the carrier declares it missing.

5. Right to cancel (14-day cooling-off)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement — see our Refund Policy.

7. Account & user content

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Product reviews you leave must be your own honest opinion. We may remove any content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, code, logo) is owned by Paulo Ventura, trading as Bag2Travel or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any single order is limited to the price paid for that order.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory local law protections still apply.
