Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 January 2026 · Bag2Travel
This Cookie Policy explains how Bag2Travel uses cookies and similar technologies on https://bag2travel.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Strictly necessary
These are essential for the site to work. They cannot be turned off.
- b2t_session — keeps you signed in.
- b2t_cart — remembers items in your basket between visits.
- __cf_bm — Cloudflare bot management.
2. Analytics
We use our own lightweight analytics to count sessions and see which pages are popular. No personal data leaves our servers and no third party tracks you.
- b2t_sid — anonymous rolling 30-minute session ID.
If you choose Analytics only or Accept all, we also load Google Analytics 4 to see how the shop is used. These cookies are never set before you choose.
3. Advertising measurement
Only if you choose Accept all do we load Google Ads and the Meta pixel, which measure whether our ads led to a visit or an order. Choose Analytics only or Reject all and these tags are never loaded, so no advertising cookies or identifiers are created.
One technical note for transparency: because our Google Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account, Google may still receive a cookieless, redacted measurement signal on an Analytics only choice. It carries no advertising identifiers, cannot be used to personalise ads and sets no advertising cookies.
4. Payment providers
When you go to checkout, Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies for fraud prevention. See Stripe's policy and PayPal's policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings. Note that clearing the strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and empty your basket.
You can also change or withdraw your choice at any time — the banner will ask again and anything you decline is switched off straight away.
