Delivery is free on every mainland UK basket of £5 or more, and on every Bundle. Baskets under £5 pay a £2.99 flat rate. Carriers: Evri, InPost and Royal Mail.
Next Day Delivery
For mainland UK addresses we offer next working day delivery for an extra £2.99 on travel accessories and £4.99 when the basket contains a bag. The exact amount is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode. To use this service, place your order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) — orders after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.
Areas with 48-hour delivery (Next Day not available)
These postcode areas are served by a 48-hour network, so the Next Day option is hidden at checkout. The postcodes in bold below also pay the express rate (£5.99–£8.49) instead of free delivery, because carriers charge a remote-area surcharge.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day. Bank holidays are not working days.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked door-to-door. You get an email with the tracking number and link the moment your order leaves us. If tracking has not arrived within 2 working days, email hello@bag2travel.co.uk.
Delays and missing parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed (more than 10 working days for the UK, 15 for the EU) contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either re-send or refund in full. See our Shipping Policy for the full terms, including EU customs and VAT.
